Individual Nutrition Coaching
If you are finally ready to stop stressing about food and start living your best life, you’ve come to the right place. Feeling overwhelmed about what to put in your grocery cart, getting frustrated after hopping on the scale, or generally feeling all over the place without any balance in your life? I get it, and I’ve been there too. All of this health stuff can be really complicated.
But I’m here to help! I want you to find your own happy, healthy lifestyle. We work together on this by reviewing your unique story and health history, covering the basics of nutrition and wellness, implementing sustainable healthy habits, and setting personalized health goals. After our time together, you should feel confident and empowered to lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Nutrition Counseling:
- Free 15-minute discovery call – We will use this time to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit to work together! You will give me a brief overview of your nutrition history and goals, then I will provide some initial feedback and explain my approach to nutrition intervention.
- 30-minute Mini Session – this abbreviated session is perfect if you have some specific nutrition concerns that you need some personalized support with. Includes a mini nutrition assessment, Q&A, meal/snack ideas, and individualized feedback on any current barriers to health.
- 1-hour Nutrition Counseling Session – a 1-hour nutrition counseling session includes a full nutrition assessment and an individualized healthy lifestyle plan, including goal setting, meal/snack ideas, supplement recommendations, habit change resources, and individualized feedback on any current barriers to health.
- 4-week Balanced Lifestyle Package – Includes everything listed above + three 30-minute follow-ups with additional education on building balanced meals, meal planning, healthy habits, and mindful eating. You will also get additional goal setting, program tweaking, accountability, and 24/7 support from me, meaning you can text with any questions/concerns/struggles for the duration of our time working together!
- Customized Meal Plans – Do you ever just wish you had an exact plan of what to eat that is customized to you, your preferences, and your goals? That is exactly what I can provide for you through a fantastic platform called EatLove. One and three-month subscriptions are available.
