Ingredients

  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse pinto beans.

  2. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.  

  3. Serve with sliced vegetables and chips!
