Coconut Almond Macaroons

Simple, no sugar, almond coconut macaroon recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dessicated Coconut
  • 20 drops Vanilla Stevia
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients.

  2. Using a tablespooon, pack the mixture into the spoon and place on baking sheet to form the macaroon.

  3. Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes, until hardened

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge
