The Best Blueberry Basil Cocktail

  • 2 tbsp Blueberries
  • 3 Basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Swerve simple syrup or Swerve, Confectioners to taste
  • 2 tbsp Vodka
  • 1 half Juice of half a lemon
  • Ice
  • Sparkling water lemon, lime, or plain
  • Berry Kombucha optional


  1. In a mason jar, add blueberries and basil. Muddle until well crushed.

  2. Add Swerve simple syrup, vodka, and lemon juice. Add a lid to the mason jar and shake vigorously.

  3. Add ice, and top with sparkling water and kombucha.

Make the Swerve simple syrup by combining 1/3 C confectioners Swerve and 1 cup water. 

You can omit the kombucha if desired - it will add additional tart-ness
