Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat or fire up the grill
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Form 4 patties out of the mixture
If using a pan, add some olive oil or coconut oil the the pan, then place 2 burgers int the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until you get a nice crust on the outside of the burgers
Serve on a lettuce leaf or whole grain bun and add desired toppings. I like ketchup, yellow mustard, sauteed mushrooms, goat cheese, avocado, etc.
