Mango Salsa

a sweet and zesty salsa recipe using mango!

Servings 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 mangos (ripe but firm) diced into 1/4-in cubes
  • ½ red onion diced
  • ½ bunch cilantro finely chopped
  • 2 jalapenos finely chopped (remove the seeds for a mild salsa)
  • 1.5 juice of limes
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined. Store in an airtight container.

  2. Salsa will keep about 4 days
